Create II Dominate is a youth arts nonprofit committed to helping young people tap into their creative power. Our mission is to provide art programs, mentorship, and a platform for expression.
About the founder
Our founder, Megan N. P. Lowe, was born and raised in Detroit, MI, along with her three older siblings. She was in the first graduating class of Detroit International Academy for Young Women in 2008.
She migrated to Baton Rouge, LA, in 2021 along with her daughter, Emma Grace, and currently works in the banking industry.
Megan’s creative writing passion was conceived when her mother taught her how to read at age three; however, she grew up lacking confidence in her artistic abilities. She believes that if she had a program similar to Create II Dominate available during her youth, she would have had a more focused and motivated approach to life.
God gave the idea of Create II Dominate to Megan on the cusp of Summer 2022 as she was in her apartment writing. This is why she firmly believes that the organization will enhance many lives and generations to come.
Create II Dominate is very clear about the values of the organization, what it stands for, and its vision. Megan plans to launch international hubs, beginning with inner cities across the United States. She believes that art is an innate part of every human and knows that society will become a better place with more artists.
